Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers by conducting research, cold-calling, and engaging in online networking activities.
- Qualify leads and gather information about their needs, budget, and timeline to determine the best solution for their requirements.
- Communicate product or service benefits and features to prospects and answer their questions to overcome objections and close sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Prepare itinerary and costing as per client requirements.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
