Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations plans
- Build and maintain a positive image for the organization
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors
- Develop, negotiate, and maintain contracts
- Maintain accurate records
- Survey the market and competition and set prices accordingly
- Work with accounting department to manage customer accounts
- Report on sales outcomes and the sales budget
- Provide feedback regarding customer satisfaction levels
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
