Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute Sales strategy and meet the targets related to Topline, Bottom-line and Customers.
- Promote organization brand in specified territories and create value proposition for prospects.
- Review sales strategy at regular intervals and recommend adjustments and policy changes by taking appropriate action in conjunction with the CEO.
- Maintain and publish regularly an updated sales MIS and sales database as per defined SLAs.
- Responsible for achieving Personal Target.
- Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and publish them every quarter.
- Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on current and future plans of the organization and suggest changes in strategies required.
- Adhere to the relevant processes and policies of the Organization.
- Build and manage team including work allocation
- Monitor performance and give regular feedback to direct reports for continuous performance improvement.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
