Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
- Manage and optimize brand presence in the market to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Analyze consumer behavior to inform sales tactics and promotional activities
- Responsible for managing sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographic region & achieving the assigned sales revenues. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
- Serving the needs and maintain the good relation with the existing customers in the territory
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness
- Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives
- Track sales performance metrics and report on results to senior management
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
