Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Trains sales representatives and distributors in assigned territory.
- To act like a bridge between the company and distributor with providing stock reports and product inventories.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
- Handles disciplinary action against employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by Company.
- Mostly to coordinate with Sales executives from his assigned district.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Sales the company's products in an assigned territory.
- Works to establish new accounts in the territory.
- Organizes sales schedules of assigned staff.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
