Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions & Duties:
- Demonstrate a thorough awareness of both our standard product line and other bespoke offerings on behalf of our organization.
- By efficiently planning, establishing sales targets, evaluating performance information, and forecasting future performance, you may accomplish company goals.
- Inquiries for orders and payment follow-up result from all pre- and post-sales actions.
- Take the initiative to follow up, generate inquiries, make offers, and continue to follow up until the order is closed.
- To create and sustain a high-performing team, sales engineers need to be coached, counseled, and inspired.
- Expected to give the customer the first technical know-how for the problem they are facing, followed by a comprehensive solution.
- Provide technical assistance to convert quotes into sales while sending them to clients.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
