Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- In charge of acquiring new clients and strengthening existing ones, as well as developing new ones.
- The main responsibility will be to market investment solutions that are based on equity.
- In charge of determining the requirements of clients, evaluating their tolerance for risk, and offering them investment solutions.
- In charge of accomplishing monthly goals as delegated by the organization.
- When necessary, give the immediate superior regular updates.
- Responsible for Generating leads for the business vertical, Creating the Business opportunity with Mapped account & Create New Customer base with result-oriented business call.
- As the owner of the aforementioned vertical, collaborate with all departments and assume ownership of the end-to-end sales coordination.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Graduate / Post graduate with 1 - 4 yrs exp in sales or marketing
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- May have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
