Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team dedicated to sourcing and closing deals.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of each city market.

- Collaborate with Agartala sales team to achieve better results

- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers.

- Activation of the onboarded customers,

- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required

- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
