Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive insurance sales.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting insurance products through the various channel.
- Train and support bank staff to cross-sell health insurance products to customers.
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
- To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations is met.
- To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting and market development.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to our products.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
