Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tracking, analyzing, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as per company shared Dashboards
- Recruit right sales-people, set team objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Oversee sales team to ensure company business standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Manage & Execute company weekly & monthly primary and secondary objectives
- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
- Keep complaints in minimum, if there manage the complaints effectively by prioritizing the customer need
- Providing market intelligence, data analytics and insights to Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
