Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Identify and engage with potential dealers and distributors to establish and nurture long-term partnerships
- Manage and support existing dealer and distributor accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide technical and commercial support to dealers and distributors to help them close deals
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Offer in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on all product offerings
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
- To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations is met.
- To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
- To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
