Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Dive into the vibrant local markets of Varanasi, understanding the intricacies of various businesses
- Conduct thorough analyses of local businesses, including financials, margins, and profit structures
- Build relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders to comprehend their operations, challenges, and aspirations
- Engage with potential users to understand their preferences, expectations, and sentiments regarding local shopping experiences
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local sentiment to adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
