Job Description :
- Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project.
- Actively attend to and pitch project to customers looking to buy properties.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, price trends, home loan financing for better selling.
- Manage daily customer walk ins with details reports.
- Strong follow-ups with customers for revisits and deal closures.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead tracking mechanisms.
- Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required :
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
