Role/Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager- Delhi

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking - Financial Institutions Group

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage relationship with Government FIs, Insurance Companies, Banks, Capital Markets Brokers, Authorized Dealers (Category II), Funds and other Financial Institutions based out of North India.

- Responsible for credit analysis and underwriting of limits; preparing Credit Memos and responding to credit queries raised by RISK Team and Early Warning Signals Team. Basic understanding of financial statements and macro-economics is desirable. This role further entails the responsibility of understanding client needs, business, and sector characteristics.

- Own strategic initiatives as well as service fulfillment for all the clients mapped. This includes keeping track of business-related metrics like Revenue, CASA balances, Term Deposits outstanding, Asset / Trade outstanding, FX flows etc. for the mapped clients.

- Participate in various RFPs of clients including annual empanelment and be in regular touch with clients to quote for various corporate banking products including Working Capital Loans, Term Deposits, Bank Guarantees etc. on a daily basis.

- Execute documents for various credit facilities by coordinating with client and internal departments like Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, CAD etc.

- Ensure seamless customer on boarding by ensuring best in-class customer servicing standards and processes. Handle all KYC and AML processes for FIs at the time of onboarding of new relationship or at the time of KYC renewal.

- Ensure smooth implementation of various mandates by coordinating with client and internal departments like Product Teams, Operations, Service Team, Compliance etc. Understand customer requirements and assist in structuring solutions to achieve customer satisfaction while remaining aligned with the bank's policies.

- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve business critical goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to achieve the desired business objectives whilst ensuring maximum efficiency in internal processes.

- Work closely with various Product teams to ensure maximum cross sell in all clients. Coordinate with Cash Management Team, Trade Team, FX team, Operations Team, Salary Team and Service team to ensure that transactions are handled and executed in satisfactory manner.

Education Qualifications:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post Graduation: Any Postgraduate

Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree (CA Preferred)

Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in relationship management in corporate banking / credit analysis
