Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
- Drive business with highest integrity and compliance
- Able to handle crucial communication/discussion and decision making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to promote the institute's training programs.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to represent the institute and generate leads.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
