Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned district.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the educational market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each educational institution and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educators.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Deploy products and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, leading to increased sales and customer retention.
- Collect feedback on existing offerings and competitor analysis.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
