Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales and meeting set sales targets.
- In addition to maintaining and building relationships with existing distributors, he/she will also have to identify and propose appointing of new distributors.
- The role will also entail devising sales strategies, ensure efficient sales operations and share Sales data as well as market insights.
- The Territory Sales Manager will work directly with the CEO to take ownership of sales, he/she will build the necessary team and work seamlessly with the existing team.
- Devise effective sales strategies for the territory
- Will also take responsibility for receivables and payment reconciliations
- Will work closely with the accounts department to monitor sales and receivables figures

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
