Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Position and Accountabilities :

- To create a strong sales pipeline, find and qualify leads via networking, research, and cold calling.

- Create and preserve connections with important decision-makers and stakeholders in the sectors you are targeting in order to learn about their needs and difficulties.

- Introduce and show prospective customers our services and solutions, emphasizing the advantages and value proposition.

- Work together with the pre-sales technical team to develop recommendations and solutions that are specifically customized to meet the needs of the client.

- To close sales deals and hit revenue goals, negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.

- Oversee all sales-related tasks, such as establishing and scrupulously observing sales goals and guaranteeing precise product delivery across all sales channels;

- Assure prompt market collection of the company's funds. Create a plan to reduce the amount of expired merchandise.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
