Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
- Handle end-to-end sales by converting and ensuring closures of leads.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Understand and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the research team to present the client with proposals/drafts best suited to their needs.
- Negotiate and close business dealings, work on pipeline projects, and try to close as many deals as possible to maximize revenue generation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identifying the vacancy in the team.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Implementing new sales plans.
- Ensure that the team is achieving the target assigned by to them.
- Ensure that the data is adequately collected and inserted.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
