Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee clients in the Portfolio Managed or RM Managed divisions, bearing responsibility for sales, servicing, risk, and operational execution.
- This position may engage in direct channel or in-person customer interactions.
- Managing the Relationship Management support staff and supervising credit and operational risk in the relevant market.
- Conduct evaluations of credit risk.
- Use lead generation, cold calling, and networking to find and seize new business chances.
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with current customers and business associates.
- Work together as a team to develop solutions that satisfy the requirements and preferences of the clients.
- Create and deliver persuasive ideas and sales presentations to potential customers.
- In order to increase revenue and secure new business, haggle over terms of sale, pricing, and contracts.
- Project sales trends, monitor key performance indicators, and provide senior management with an update on sales activity.
