Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Fostering and maintaining ties with current customers by introducing them to new products or services and directing them to other company areas meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and financial situation, as well as to create plans for achieving their goals
- Finding possibilities to attract new clients via attending industry events or networking with other business experts arranging special occasions with clients, like charity dinners or auctions reviewing customer portfolios and advising adjustments to the investment mix to make sure they adhere to the client's objectives using sophisticated computer software to analyze financial statements for clients, such as income statements and balance sheets
- Advising clients on how to raise their credit scores or how to take advantage of fresh ways to save money, such as refinancing
