Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of direct channel initiatives.
- Provide feedback and insights to other departments to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for direct channels.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress against goals.
- Implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of direct channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Requirement :
- Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Qualification - Graduation mandatory
- CTC - Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
