Associate Relationship Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to articulate the product's benefits.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
