Associate Relationship Manager - BFS (5-9 yrs)

- 5 - 9 years relevant experience in Relationship Management with Financial & Broking Industry
CTC - Max 18 Lakhs
A relationship management role which is required to interface with key partners (banking and non banking). This role will not only fulfill the servicing needs of the partners but also help in understanding complex systems and business model.
.Interface with Channel partners, Platforms, Depository Participants and stock exchanges at a specified frequency.
- Meet them and update them on key regulatory or business changes. Also help them understand their role.
- Help resolve any operational issues at both sides.
- Stay up to date with changing business model of the CPs and ensure feedback is actioned upon.
- Maintain strong relationship with the partners. KPI to ensure 90+ satisfaction on distributor survey.
- Acquire strong domain knowledge of operations and Mutual fund business.
