Associate Relationship Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Positions & Duties:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, always exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
- Create and carry out strategic sales plans in order to meet financial goals and increase market share in the luxury retirement home industry.
- Establish and nurture connections with potential customers, such as wealthy retirees, their families, and influential members of the senior living community.
- Work together with advertising and marketing firms to develop persuasive promotional materials and sales collateral aimed at the elderly population and their offspring who live abroad.
- Mentor and teach junior sales team members in customer relationship management and efficient sales strategies.
- Keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends so that you can modify your sales tactics appropriately.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
