Associate Relationship Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research (both online and offline) on sports and arts academies in India.
- Reach out to clients to drive sales and promote the adoption of our products and services.
- Train clients on using our products and services, and handle any escalations.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance and further develop the product.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and customize sales materials and offerings for corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Actively engage with potential clients through in-person meetings and generate adequate appointments for the day
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
