Associate Regional Manager - Publishing Business (3-10 yrs)
- Shall be responsible for managing the sales team and Implementing sales strategies for the area and meeting sales targets as per goal sheet of self and team.
- Planning, strategizing and achieving the targets every month as a team and own-up the responsibility to every individual team member covering the allocated schools and location with team members.
- Achieving Sales figures in line with the company revenue targets.
- Shall be responsible to ensure business from Existing and New Schools as per the given sales and revenue targets.
- Following up on school leads and referral ensuring to convert the leads to closing account.
- Shall be responsible to supervise maximum participation and registration of Schools and Teachers in Seminars and Trainings.
- Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same and sending to HO.
- To manage relationships with all existing book sellers and schools, and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Conducting On field and off field training of ASM
- Supervising promotion of all products including books, digital content and Teacher training and seminar.
- Responsible for ensuring that maximum channel partners qualify for Contests and Schemes.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth and hassle-free supply of ordered quantity of stock to Agency and School.
- Shall be responsible for 100% payment Recovery and Account Closure within the given cycle.
- Responding to client communications or queries.
- Maintaining the sales channel and ensuring no undercutting is done at any level.
- Travel at least to all the area for 15- 20 days in a month.
- Post Sales Service and implementation Assessment in schools
- Responsible for preparing sales report and reporting the same to Line Manager through Internet Business Management Systems and attending Monthly/Fortnightly Review Meets.
- Shall ensure that team adheres Reporting and Punctuality norms by timely Attendance marking, Visits reports and Expense Report Submissions.
- Shall be responsible for other tasks as assigned by management.
