Associate Recruitment & Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We're seeking an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager to drive recruitment strategies and develop our agency force in the life insurance sector. You'll lead efforts in sourcing, on-boarding, training, and supporting agents to ensure a strong and effective sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies and attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate on-boarding and training programs for new agents.
- Manage agent performance and provide ongoing support.
- Implement career development initiatives to enhance agent retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
