Associate - Public Relations (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations:

- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts.

- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials.

Public Relations Strategy :

- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand image.

- Monitor and evaluate PR campaigns for effectiveness.

Event Management:

- Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.

- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Content Creation:

- Create and manage content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.

- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Crisis Management:

- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies.

- Manage and mitigate any PR crises.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities.

- Analyze the impact of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Internal Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of PR activities with company objectives.

- Provide training and support for internal stakeholders on PR best practices.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of media relations and PR strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and PR software/tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the PR industry.
