Responsibilities:
- Responsible for property search as per the requirement of the students.
- Address any questions or issues students may have.
- Communicate with students to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer accommodation based on Students- needs.
- Responsible for doing informative and acknowledgment calls to the students.
- Responsible for the process draft for the student.
- Responsible for WhatsApp assistance, email assistance, or live web chat to the students.
Skills:
- The candidate must have knowledge of CRM.
- Must have hands-on experience in MS office.
- Candidates must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
