Associate - Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative assets and landing pages that align with campaign objectives
- Manage budgets and track campaign expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for innovative marketing strategies to drive performance
- Report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the marketing team and key stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
