Associate - Performance Marketing (1-2 yrs)

The Performance marketing role is an exciting opportunity to help build and execute a digital growth and success strategy with the goal of providing an exceptional, multichannel engagement experience. You will lead performance marketing initiatives for a global audience that in many cases will be customers' primary means of interaction.You will be deep in the data, monitoring and optimizing your programs along the way. In your role as Performance Marketing Associate, you will work with our team in Mumbai, India.

Requirements

- Graduate in any disciple, certification on Google Analytics and other direct marketing with marketing or linguistics and creative disciplines preferred

- 1-3 years of overall professional experience.

- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.

- Proven experience managing customer acquisition efforts in paid channels with quantifiable results.

- Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads), A/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics), Marketing Automation, website analytics.

- B2B/SaaS product experience would be a big plus.

- Highly organised and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.

Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of peopleHum's product, audiences & buyer personas

- Leverage paid channels to drive top funnel, lead velocity and MQL conversions

- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and -make optimisation recommendations across the buyer's journey

- Explore new channels for customer acquisition for peopleHum.

- Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards

- Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team
