Job Description is mentioned below:
1. Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.
2. Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria- s
3. Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counselor in-house
4. Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in to the product and services we offer.
5. Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates from Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends when required
6. Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.
7. EXCELLENT communication skills.
8. Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 80 thousand)
9. Meal, both side pick and drop facility
