Associate - Outbound Sales - BPO (0-6 yrs)
- Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.
- Must have prior experience in Outbound Sales Process
- A good working environment and supervisor which the other BPOs cannot commit to, you will get here.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Ideal candidate would be an initiator, organized with eagerness to learn and be part of an expanding team and the required training will be provided.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher/ Experienced Candidate are welcomed
- Comfortable for Rotational shifts
- Candidates from nearby location is Preferred
- Must be graduate
