Associate - Member Engagement - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Type- Contract employee on Teamlease payroll
Existing Member engagement : mailers, calling for key events, tracking engagement with members
- New member acquisitions: call and generate appointments for new acquisitions
Event Management
- Assisting membership team in executing events & sessions
- Maintaining records of calls, sales and useful information
- Other Basic Telecaller responsibilities
Proficiency in English
Excellent Communication skills - Written & verbal
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Experience -- Sales / Telemarketing: 6 Months - 1 year
Education - Graduate / Post Graduate(BA, Bsc, Bcom/MSC,MCOM)
Requirements :
1. Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Call centre/BPO/Voice process.
2. Resumes submitted with more than 1.5 years of experience shall be rejected.
