- As a Medical Representative (MR)/Hospital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our healthcare products and services to hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other medical facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry and drive the growth of our business in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities :
1. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competition within the healthcare industry.
2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote our products and services.
3. Sales and Promotion : Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including conducting product presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
4. Territory Management : Manage and prioritize your territory effectively, including planning and organizing visits to healthcare facilities.
5. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and submit regular reports to the sales manager.
