Associate - Marketing - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This role will focus on creating impactful marketing content and tools to promote our property inventory, with a focus on 80% Below The Line (BTL) and 20% Above The Line (ATL) marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities :
- Drive content creation for marketing tools in collaboration with the design team
- Manage marketing vendors and ensure timely delivery of brochures, flyers, and on-site branding
- Support the execution of a 360-degree marketing plan for listed properties
- Monitor and update property listing websites and internal platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing tasks
- Prepare and execute monthly social media calendars to keep channels updated
- Contribute to brainstorming and executing creative marketing strategies to achieve company goals
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate or Hospitality
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Creative yet budget-conscious mindset
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore (a bike is helpful)
