Marketing Associate - OysterConnect
We are looking for freshers with 0-1 years of experience who can join immediately. A Marketing Associate will be responsible to set up and build the Campus Engagement function at OysterConnect.com.
Following will be the key responsibilities of a Marketing Associate :
a. Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
b. Create creatives and run promotional campaigns across these platforms.
2. Email Marketing:
a. Build valuable content and convert it into mailers to build interest and engagement amongst students. Use tools such as mail chimp for the same
b. Implement email templates on the portal based on specific metrics to improve User engagement of existing students on the portal
3. Campus & User Engagement:
a. Build a user base by running promotional campaigns and partnering with a different platform.
b. Drive content by connecting with old and current users, and highlight their work to increase OysterConnect's rating and followership.
c. Build a loyal influencer base to spread the story of OysterConnect
4. Offline Branding:
- Work with Manager Alliance and User Engagement to ensure the success of offline events such as the Annual Student Internship Awards.
5. Content Marketing:
a. Create different content for increasing engagement on the OysterConnect blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the main website.
b. Use the high traction content to re-market and acquire new users for OysterConnect.
Selection Process:

- Basis the same, we'll interview you telephonically or via Skype. Final selection will be based on your performance in the same.
