Associate Marketing Content Designer (2-3 yrs)

1. Key Purpose Statement - Core Mission
- Over past years we have fully established new marketing operations environment by integrating best in class software to manage our marketing activities. We are in the process of enabling real-time data and continuous improvement of our campaigns as well as delivery of a new promotion manager that will expand our mechanics portfolio and simplify operations.
- Your role is to become an expert within our stack - knowing all marketing tools and supporting local marketing teams and group retention by delivering quality marketing operations. Configure marketing promotions and campaigns from A to Z, ensure proper QA and optimal customer journeys.
2. Responsibilities :

- Access implementation
- Collect internal customer needs and desires and provide feedback to improve marketing capabilities (tools development)
- Maintain and evolve all of the documentation and ensure all documentation is up-to-speed all the time
- Provide support and onboarding to internal stakeholders
Cooperation with :
Country Marketing Teams, Group Marketing Teams, Finance, IT/Product Development, Bookmaking, Customer Service, Playtech, other 3rd party service providers

4. Requirements - Knowledge, Skills and Experience
a. Education (High/University), language knowledge (level of EN, CZ), length of practice and experiences required :
(Specific academic qualifications, length and type of experience required to perform competently)
- High school diploma
- Fluent English
- Web Editor skills - basic HTML, CSS is a must (6 months at least)
- CRM experience (at least 1 year as CRM specialist - working with tools like Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, or anything similar)
- Working with CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe, Bloomreach or similar) - publishing content, managing websites, etc. (6 months at least)
- Experience with QA
- Industry experience is a plus (1y+ experience at online/retail SB/Casino)
b. Qualifications, knowledge of "XY", specific technology; hard and soft skills required:
- Experience with Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
c. Work and personality characteristics required:
- Can work in a team
- Passion for customer experience
- Interest in learning
Must-Have Skills:
- Web Editor - 6 months of experience
- CMS
- CRM - 1 year of experience
Good to Have :
- QA
- Marketing experience in the gaming industry in a similar role
- Certificate in Google Analytics
