About the role :

Role - Full Time

Location - In office @ Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in community management, event planning, or student outreach roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.

- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting students' personal and professional development.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Day-to-Day :

- Craft and execute a killer outreach strategy that speaks directly to students and university communities, capturing their attention and sparking their curiosity.

- Take charge of organizing dynamic university visits that go beyond the ordinary, building strong partnerships with student groups, faculty, and campus leaders along the way.

- Prepare to organize both physical and virtual events, ranging from engaging workshops to informative sessions, with the aim of creating memorable experiences at every turn.
