- Our client is- a venture started by professional engineers with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Looking at the changing times, they focus on providing our customers with an alternative to expensive new machinery, when tooling up for a job or replacing existing capital equipment.
- They buy and sell used CNC Machinery, Conventional Machinery, Gear Machinery, Plastic Machinery, Sheet Metal Machinery, Presses and Plant Machinery. They also specialize in Scientific equipment, Inspection equipment and gauges used in Quality Control and in line inspection, e.g. CMM, Shadowgraph, Hardness tester, Tensile tester and all types of Dimensional Measuring Instruments. Their services also include retrofitting of CNC machines, appraising and marketing machine tools.
The Job :
- Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join their remote team. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, communicating with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and contribute to their company's growth.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Planning and executing all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creating and managing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Developing promotional material.
- Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Replying to emails and sending Quotes to the leads.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Daily following up with the leads, by email / call.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Preparing newsletter and landing pages for weekly newsletter promotions.
- Posting ads on various machine selling platforms like machine hub, kijiji, Machine tools etc.
- Constantly looking for machines online for purchasing on Auction websites and on other machine selling platforms.
- Maintaining Inventory tagging SKU and uploading inventory to our website.
- Maintaining excel sheets for inventory and for shipments.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing Communications or Sales Operations / Support within Industrial industry.
- You have proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.
- You have excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing process is an advantage.
- Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
