Associate - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working closely with seasoned professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools and prepare regular reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects and campaigns within established timelines and budgets.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
- Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager or senior team members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels and audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
