Associate - Marketing (0-3 yrs)
Klimb.io was founded by an ISB Alumni who has been solving hiring problems since 2012 and has worked with Naukri.com, Shaadi.com, and Expedia.com etc. Our foundation is based on his extensive experience and domain knowledge in Technology, Software Product Management & Recruiting.
The Marketing Associate is an enthusiastic & result-oriented individual with administrative duties in developing & implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness & adoption of the product.
Location: Andheri west
Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)
Working; 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing content - Ongoing updates & communication of value proposition on a marketing website, online directories, external marketing channels, etc
- Develop new & improve existing new user guides & documentation of the product features & capabilities
- Implement product update email campaigns - ensure prompt and accurate communication & analyze campaign performance
- Help in the execution of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, Social media marketing, Email Campaigns, etc
- Conduct training webinars for existing customers to increase customer adoption & retention
- MIS - pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance
Qualification
- 0 - 3 years of Marketing experience
- Must have a portfolio/work sample to show
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization
- Knowledge of other digital marketing tools is a plus
