Job Description :

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales and marketing team, responsible for driving growth and revenue generation for our products/services. Key Responsibilities :

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Sales Support : Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Event Participation : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Engage with potential customers, showcase our offerings, and gather market feedback.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on key sales and marketing metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in B.E or Diploma - Mechanical or any Mechanical Background Prefer
