Associate - Market Research - Business Operations (1-4 yrs)
- Research: Conduct secondary research to gather data on market trends, competitor analysis, and technological advancements, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Tech Mindset: Demonstrate a keen interest in technology, staying updated on industry trends and contributing ideas for innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage day-to-day documentation needs, including project proposals, marketing materials, reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors for partnership discussions, software purchases, and other procurement activities, ensuring smooth operation and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Actively stay updated with multiple teams across the organization to understand ongoing projects, developments, and challenges. Facilitate regular check-ins and updates to ensure seamless information flow and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Support Management - The individual should ensure smooth business operations for the higher management including but not limited to travel, VISA, conference planning etc.
- High Availability - The individual should be motivated to work for long hours and if required even fill in on weekends.
