We are hiring for the role of - Market Development Associate - for Wobot Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., a well funded & fast growing organisation based out of New Delhi

Details:

Job Profile : Market Development Associate (Business Development)

Job Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Salary Range : 4.2lpa to 6 lpa

Industry Experience : 2+ Years

Shift Timings : 3 pm-11 pm (IST)

Shift Timings : 11 pm to 7 am


1. This is a video profiler that will take only 15 minutes to complete.

2. A Video Profiler gives you the opportunity to exhibit your communication and selling skills.

3. Only people who complete the video profiler will be selected for the next round.

4. Please keep a copy of your resume ready for uploading.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Help prospects gather information about our solutions, services, and thought leadership

2. Be an important pre-sales checkpoint to ensure that leads are ready and qualified for further engagement

3. Verify information to identify the right lead via LinkedIn prior to engaging with prospects or during their conversations to help fill in any unknown information gaps.

4. Should be accustomed to using SPIN methodology as a fact-finding tool to help Sales teams.

5. To qualify prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy and challenges, then leverages this information to align and position Wobot.

6. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales managers for next steps

7. Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

8. Support Marketing by timely research on new material and data to create the right collaterals & artifacts to help gain more interested prospects and help Sales managers to fast track their sales cycle.

9. Optimize conversion paths and rates overall, and drive MQLs for sales.

10. Utilize various marketing and sales systems and tools including Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, G-Suite etc.

Skill Set Required :

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in lead qualification and/or inside sales

2. Experience of SaaS businesses a must

3. Hubspot & Sales Navigator experience is a must

4. Experience of being held to metrics, quota

5. CRM experience

6. Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude

7. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

8. Ability to understand and qualify prospects

9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively

10. Strong written/verbal communication skills

11. Prior experience in international markets (specially USA)
