Associate Manager - Telesales (1-6 yrs)
What we are looking for :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Voice-caller to join our sales team. As a Voice-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a positive attitude to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making cold calls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers.
- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need
- Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies.
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST (Customer Service Team).
Requirements :
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A persuasive personality and the ability to handle objections.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification :
- Completion of any PG/UG/Diploma/Any Specialization
- Good communication English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role preferred.
