Associate Manager - Solution Sales - Logistics Solution (7-14 yrs)
Job Objective
- The Primary objective of this job profile is End to End Logistics Solution Sales (With Given Targets in Top line as well as GP) for company Logistics Services (Rail / Road / Warehousing in company logistics park, EXIM Rail sales and other Domestic Logistics Services).
- This role will also be responsible for handling key strategic customer of ALL and cross and upsell to these customers.
- Solution driven approach - preparing Entire Solutions Deck for customers and in-depth discussion with Commercials and Operations team for Techno Commercial proposal.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of sales plan and achieve the sales target assigned (Allocated GP & Volume Targets)
- Analyze and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement.
- Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received
- Conducting research about the client's background, turnover, strengths, weakness, products through online/offline information (New Customer Acquisition)
- Maintain long term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
- To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread.
