Associate Manager - Sales - SaaS (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Identify and target potential clients within a designated territory or industry.

- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.

Consultative Selling :

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' pain points and objectives.

- Present and demonstrate our Rewards and SaaS solutions effectively, highlighting their value proposition.

- Tailor product presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.

Solution Customization :

- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customise solutions to meet client requirements.

- Work closely with clients to design and propose tailored, end-to-end solutions.

Sales Negotiation and Closure :

- Develop and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.

- Lead negotiation efforts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, insights, and guidance.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on Rewards and SaaS solutions or related industries.

- Excellent understanding of the Rewards and SaaS market landscape.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as required.
