Position Title : Sales Associate (SA)
Business Group : Fixed Deposit
Reporting : Territory Business Manager (TBM)
Purpose of the Job
Execute sales strategy through allocated sales channel in line with the territory plan.
Key Responsibility and Deliverable
- Will be responsible to drive and execute selling of Fixed Deposit product of the branch.
- Assist in Fixed Deposit execution of documents as per company norms.
- Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting customers for business development.
- Develop market by organizing regular promotional activities, including participation in trade shows and conventions.
- Network and build relationships with existing and new customers/ channels to drive allocated sales targets, and service requirement for all assigned locations/ channels.
- Ensure high level engagement for effective pre & post customer services.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance.

Person Specification:
- Age - 23-26 Year
- Graduation (Full time) is mandatory
- Prior experience of 1- 4 years of sales of Fixed Deposit in BFSI segment
- Should be from Fixed Deposit sales background.
- Candidate should from local market and conversant in local language
